Shipping Information:

We ship via US post office flat rate boxes. Orders usually leave out facility within 1 to 2 days. The buyer will be notified via email if there is a foreseeable delay of any kind.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returned items must be in new condition in original packaging. Returns must have an RMA number accompanying the item. To obtain a RMA send an email to rmarequest@tradewaterbait.com with the order number, item(s) being returned, reason for return, and RMA Request for the subject line. RMA requests can also be made by calling 270-362-4323 between 8am and 5pm Central Standard Time. Orders can be canceled up until they ship. To cancel an order email cancelorder@tradewaterbait.com with the word cancel in the subject line followed by the order number.
